Free Delivery:
Please complete the order with payment by 5 pm daily (1 day in advance). We engage a third-party company to deliver all the orders within Singapore, except Cogent 1, Tuas, Jurong Islands, Military Camps, Police Stations, Alps Avenue, Sentosa and Changi Airport.
If your order is confirmed with the areas mentioned above, we have the right to request additional delivery charges or a cancellation with the processing fee. It will be best to change the delivery address.

We will not be held responsible for any late/missed deliveries under the following conditions:
The grace period for waiting time is five minutes at the delivery location. Otherwise, items will be left at the doorstep or reception and we will not be liable for any losses or damage to the items from that point onward. If items are brought back to us by the driver, an additional S$20 will be charged to arrange another delivery. Hence, please fill in the recipient's contact number correctly. We will only contact the recipient upon delivery and the buyer's details will not be revealed.
